Beanie Wells takes over as Arizona Cardinals starting running back: Fantasy Implications

wells1Chris ‘Beanie’ Wells has finally taken over the starting job from incumbent starter Tim Hightower and he is primed to be a fantasy beast the rest of the season.

Beanie Wells is now an immediate RB2 with RB1 upside and needs to be in starting lineups weekly.

The buy-low window we mentioned in our fantasy football fix for October 27th is officially closing for good. This may be your last shot in redraft and dynasty leagues so make the offer and see if you can pry him from a fellow owner.

Tim Hightower loses almost all his fantasy value except for in PPR leagues where he can still put up injury replacement numbers and may even produce enough to be a flex2 in the deeper leagues.

Beanie Wells worked on his hands in the off-season and will start to receive a lot more passing game targets as the new starter further boosting his fantasy value and negating teammate Tim Hightower’s value.

Beanie Wells is ready to start living up to his immense potential; The Beanie era begins in Arizona this Sunday and fantasy owners are in line to be rewarded for drafting Beanie for the rest of the season.
