2014 Fantasy Football WR Rankings
2014 is truly the year of the wide receiver.
We have ranked 57 wide receivers that we believe are capable of posting numbers that would have made them a top-25 receiver in ESPN standard leagues last season. Marques Colston was the WR25 and posted 75 receptions for 943 yards and five touchdowns.
If you did not buy into the ‘NFL is passing league’ hype before this season you surely will after this season is in the books. Rookie wideouts have flooded the NFL with talent and some old faces are in new places with a new motivation and/or opportunity such as Hakeem Nicks, DeSean Jackson, Andrew Hawkins, Eric Decker, James Jones and Golden Tate.
With that said this is the year to wait on a wide receiver in fantasy but owners need to be cognizant that there are only about six truly elites, 16 bonafide WR1 types while the other 39 are more WR2 types.
Our rankings will be updated constantly throughout the off-season and preseason and we suggest bookmarking this page for use during your fantasy drafts.
Without further adieu, here are our 2014 fantasy football wide receiver rankings.
