2018 Fantasy Football: Week Five Running Back Rankings

0

At the running back position last week we saw a surprise inactive in Chris Carson which led many antsy fantasy owners to the thought that prized rookie running back Rashaad Penny would finally take over and assume the number one role, but instead it was Mike Davis that saw featured touches. In Denver undrafted free agent Phillip Lindsay continues to out touch and outplay Royce Freeman. Aaron Jones looks to have made his case for the starting job in Green Bay by continuously outplaying Jamaal Williams dating back to last year. On the rookie front Kalen Ballage and Ronald Jones were finally active in week four and should finally start to push to take over the respective struggling backfields. In New England the dreaded RBBC days are now over due to injuries with Sony Michel and James White leading an exciting and versatile backfield.
