At the running back position in week six we saw some exhilarating performances from the two most talented runners in the league in Todd Gurley and Saquon Barkley.
Backs under fifty percent ownership that turned heads last week include Raheem Mostert who appears to have taken Alfred Morris’ job, the ageless Frank Gore and Marlon Mack finally returning to the Colts. Week six also saw Duke Johnson and Peyton Barber claw their way back to fantasy respectability.
As far as week seven goes we once again see two New Orleans Saints running backs in the top-12 while two New England backs are in our ppr and standard league top-20. And while we have two outstanding running back duos in our top twenty it is actually the Chargers Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler that have turned the most heads in the fantasy community.
These storylines and more our reflected in our week six running back rankings. We will be updating our rankings up until kickoff Sunday afternoon so be sure to check back for our latest updates and notes.
