Welcome to our week six running back rankings. At running back James Conner has at least one last week of fantasy relevance left before Le’Veon Bell is set to return to the Steelers in preparation of resuming his role as starting running back following the Pittsburgh Steelers week seven bye. In Tampa Bay Ronald Jones could set himself apart from the pack and secure the lead back job with a strong showing against the injury ravaged Atlanta Falcons. Alfred Morris is set to resume lead back duties in San Francisco with Matt Breida expected to miss at least one week with an ankle sprain. In Philadelphia Jay Ajayi was placed on IR boosting the fantasy fortunes of Wendell Smallwood, Corey Clement and Darren Sproles for the time being. These storylines and more are reflected in our week six running back rankings. As always we will strive to keep these rankings updated throughout the weekend up until kickoff so be sure to check in frequently for our latest rankings and thoughts.
