0

Rizzla presents his tight end rankings for week thirteen and takes a look at the TE1’s over the second half of the season.

Whether your are playoff bound or simply looking towards next season identifying the top performers over the second half of the season is a helpful tool. Playoff bound teams making sit/start decisions can use these numbers as an aid while fantasy owners looking towards next year can get a jump on players who may carry their success over into the 2019 season. Below is a list of the TE1’s over the second half of the fantasy season (weeks 8-12).

  1. Travis Kelce 22.0
  2. Zach Ertz 19.7
  3. Eric Ebron 15.6
  4. George Kittle 15.2
  5. O.J Howard 13.4
  6. Jonnu Smith 12.4
  7. Jordan Reed 12.2
  8. Jack Doyle 11.4
  9. Greg Olsen 11.0
  10. Jeff Heuerman 11.0
  11. Rob Gronkowski 11.0
  12. Austin Hooper 10.9

Out of healthy tight ends Jared Cook, Gerald Everett and Evan Engram would have made the TE1 list. The tight end position has been a complete roll of the dice outside of the top five names and will continue to be so down the stretch.

As always we will be updating our rankings up until kickoff Sunday afternoon so be sure to check back often for our latest updates and thoughts.
