Box Score Boxing 10.28.10  – Millsap Kills That; Business as Usual for Dwight Howard

In Fantasy Basketball Box Score Boxing Win My Fantasy League writer Rizzla takes a look at the previous nights most interesting fantasy lines and provides some insight and analysis to utilize going forward.

paul-millsap4Paul Millsap terrorized the Phoenix Suns undersized front-court to the tune of 19 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks on 9 for 13 shooting and is the fantasy beast of the night.

Despite a poor shooting night John Wall still managed to post a nice fantasy line with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 3 steals. Expect him to improve when Gilbert Arenas is in the lineup to help deflect some defensive attention.

Dwight Howard had another day at the office with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. The points are especially noteworthy as we hope to see him average 20+ ppg per game this season. Even more noteworthy is that he made it to the line 19 times in the game.

Hakim Warrick had 18 and 11 for the Suns and is a solid pickup as his role seems destined to expand as he fits the Suns style of play nicely. He logged minutes for the game. He managed 26 minutes tonight but both Robin Lopez and Hedo Turkoglu were in foul trouble and Gani Lawal got no minutes…keep that in mind before you make the add.
