Yes, Knowshon Moreno is currently the numero uno back, but he is one play away from re-aggravating the hamstring that kept in out of the entire preseason. So who else would Maroney have to battle to get carries? Well, LenDale White was brought over in the off-season but tore his Achilles tendon and is out for the season. Correll Buckhalter was also injured during preseason and was horrible in the season opener, racking up 2.5 yards per carry on 6 rushes, including a lost fumble.
