Daily Fantasy Football: NFL Week 1 at DraftKings
Tajae Sharpe ($276/CPP) – Tajae Sharpe is in line to aosk up targets for the Titans this week and with them expected to be playing from behind it could lead to a solid PPR outing for Sharpe despite the Titans philosophy to run first and run second. Sharpe will be one of the hottest DFS plays this week and should be in at least one of your lineups.
Marvin Jones ($320/CPP) – Marvin Jones looks to be a rock solid value this week at his cost per projected points as the Lions figure to throw often and particularly in potential shootouts Vegas has them projected to be trailing in. Jones will open the season as the Lions top receiver and regardless of Boldin’s production Jones should still have WR2 production week in and week out. Start Jones with confidence where needed.
Arian Foster ($335/CPP) – Arian Foster is our top CPP play this week at the running back position as we expect him to be an RB1 this week and most of the year. Foster will operate as the rare game flow proof workhorse as he will remain heavily involved in the pass game even when gameflow dictates the Dolphins abandon the run.
Christine Michael ($346/CPP) – Christine Michael is slated to get the start for the Seahawks this week at $3,700 and should find his way into many lineups this weekend. At only $342 per projected point Michael figures to be a solid play despite the potential for limited usage in the passing game. Start Michael where possible.
Jared Cook ($269/CPP) – Cook possesses tantalizing week to week upside in this offense as he reminds one a lot of another athletic freak with questionable hands who was an every week TE1. Cook has as good a chance as any tight end not named Gronk to post a 5-70-1 line and will be a solid DFS option until the salary makers take notice. Use Cook where needed.
