Fantasy Basketball Box Score Boxing 11.06.10 – Tony Parker Busts Out
In Fantasy Basketball Box Score Boxing Win My Fantasy League writer Rizzla takes a look at the previous nights most interesting fantasy lines and provides some insight and analysis to utilize going forward.
Tony Parker had 21 points, 14 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds and had a terrific fantasy night for his owners. With his new contract in hand expect Tony Parker to take on a more aggressive role on the offensive end.
Deron Williams had 30 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals for the Jazz and looked as solid as always and is making a push along with Rondo and Rose for honors as the #2 PG in fantasy hoops
Blake Griffin went off for 16 points and 17 rebounds on .500% from the field and is currently leading the fantasy basketball rookie of the year race.
Eric Gordon exploded for 25 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists 2 blocks and 1 steal and continues to thrive with Eric Bledsoe in the back-court.
Paul Millsap continued his tear with 25 points and 13 rebounds and is now averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds on the season and he is exceeded everyone’s expectations this season. He has clearly benefited from the Mehmet Okur injury and he has solidified with place as a starter both for the Jazz and in fantasy. He is a legit 17 and 10 player and is rewarding all of his fantasy owners in a big way.
Gerald Wallace had 22 points, 14 rebounds and 4 threes and is seemingly adding a legit 3-point shot to his arsenal after going 4 for 4 from long distance last night.
Chris Duhon had 9 assists starting in place of Jameer Nelson and looks like he can be fantasy relevant if and when Jameer Nelson is out of the lineup.
Mo Williams had 28 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals for the Cavaliers and he will be leaned upon to be the primary scorer for the Cavs this season with J.J Hickson assuming the #2 role and Antawn Jamison and Andreson Varajeo being the 3a and 3b.
Andray Blatche had 16 points, 15 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block and put on a show for his fantasy owners
Hot Pickup Al Thornton had 23 points, 6 rebounds and 1 steal and is worth the add for points needy teams as suggested by us yesterday in our hot pickups of the week article.
Anthony Morrow went off for 25 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 1 block and for once looked like he belonged to be starting over fantasy beast waiting to happen Terrence Williams.
Carmelo Anthony had a solid fantasy night with 4 steals to go along with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
Caron Butler had a solid night with 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Mavs and this happened with Shawn Marion getting 12 and 9 off the bench and lines like these give hopes of an upward trend to the fantasy owners of both.
Al Jefferson had 18 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks and continues his acclamation process with the Jazz offense. Target him as a potential buy-low option…I love this front-court duo of AJ and Millsap.
Samuel Dalembert had 8 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks for the Kings as their new starting C and looks to continue to put up solid numbers and is a serviceable #2 C now that he is a starter.
