Fantasy Football Fantasy Beasts of the Week – Week 7
Kenny Britt had 7 receptions for 225 yards and 3 TD’s and is the Fantasy Beast of the Week for wide receivers. Kenny Britt has been finding the end-zone consistently this season and it became apparent to Kerry Collins that Kenny Britt would win almost every jump ball with his 6’3 frame and his ability to box out defenders.
Running Backs
Darren McFadden had a career game with 165 yards rushing and 3 TD’s on 16 carries and 2 receptions for 31 yards receiving and 1 TD and is week 7’s Fantasy Beast of the Week. Welcome back Darren McFadden! D-mac has now cemented himself as an RB1 and the buy low window has officially passed. McFadden actually had the opportunity to have two more goal-line chances and a lot more yardage but with the raiders up big Tom Cable decided to protect his feature back.
IDP
DeAngelo Hall wins this seasons 1st IDP Fantasy Beast of the Week honors by snagging a NFL record book worthy 4 interceptions on the game
Honorable mention:
Roddy White had 11 receptions for 201 yards and 2 TD’s.
Lee Evans had 5 receptions for 86 yards and 3 TD’s and it is amazing that he did not get the nod for Fantasy Beast of the Week with a monster line like that.
Dez Bryant broke out with 2 TD’s from 4 receptions and 54 yards and he topped it off with a punt return touchdown and displayed his true dynamic abilities.
Hakeem Nicks had 9 receptions for 103 yards and 2 TD’s.
Thomas Jones had 20 carries for 125 yards and 1 TD.
Dwayne Bowe had a great fantasy day with 3 receptions for 81 yards and 2 TD’s
Hines Ward had 7 receptions for 131 yards and 1 TD.
David Gettis had a breakout game for the Carolina Panthers hauling in 8 passes for 125 yards and 2 TD’s
