Fantasy Football Fix Nov 3rd 2010
In Today’s Fantasy Football Fix: Dynasty league rankings have been updated; Sidney Rice to be activated off PUP list; Derek Anderson to start for the Cardinals and more……
Sidney Rice has been activated from the PUP list and will start some light practicing Wednesday. This does not mean he will be ready for this weeks contest just that the team felt comfortable enough activating him before the deadline which is now under a week away.
Update: Sidney Rice has returned to practice and is running and cutting at full speed and should be ready to take the field in a couple of weeks.
Derek Anderson to start for the Cardinals in Week 9. Not sure what to think of this; Anderson has the potential to be a much bigger fantasy factor than Hall and thus boost his skill players including Larry Fitzgerald’s values as well. He also has the ability to fall flat on his face…….hard.
We have released our weekly dynasty league rankings. Check out our rankings for RB’s, WR’s and QB’s.
Our Friends at Fantasy Knuckleheads have an excellent Start/Risk/Sit article which debates some names for each category. There start list includes Hakeem Nicks, Roddy White and Reggie Wayne.
Matt Hasselbeck may miss week 9 which means Pete Carroll favorite Charlie Whitehurst will get the start.
Randy Moss has been traded to the Titans and this move benefits all Titans skill players. Read our reactions here and here.
Kenny Britt could be out 6-8 weeks and the Randy Moss pick up is looking even better now.
Felix Jones missed Wednesdays practice with various ailments but is expected back today (Thursday) and will be safe to insert in your fantasy lineups this weekend.
