Percy Harvin is expected to start in Sunday’s game and play a major role after a disappointing start to the season. He remains Brett Favre’s number one target and the Vikings realize they have to get the ball in the hands of their play-makers if they want to win the game, the play-makers of course being Adrian Peterson and Percy Harvin. Rotoworld reports that they plan to give him an increased numbers of snaps at running back and that only stands to increase his fantasy value. Start Harvin with confidence even though he gave you know reason to trust him in week 1.
Demaryius Thomas looks to make his eagerly anticipated Denver Broncos debut and those in deeper leagues may want to make a speculative add/stash. If he is available in your dynasty league than you are playing in a shallow or uncompetitive league, either way, grab him.
Michal Bush is expected to miss Sundays tilt against the Rams and that means WMFL favorite Darren McFadden is likely to get another feature back start against the notoriously soft run defense of the Rams; back to back good showings may be just what the doctor ordered in order for him to instill some trust in his coaches and entrench himself as the featured starter Al Davis and the coaching staff wanted him to be for the last 2 years.
Coach Todd Haley of the Kansas City Chiefs knows his RBBC backfield between Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones may be frustrating for fantasy owners but makes no apologies….and why should he, he is trying to win an NFL football game.
“It’s a good problem to have,” Haley said. “Now, in the fantasy football world I could see it being a bad problem to have. But we’re worried about the Kansas City Chiefs and what we need to do to win.”
