Fantasy Football Fix September 4th 2010
Matt Leinart has been released by the Arizona Cardinals in a move everyone but Leinart saw coming. Max Hall has impressed the coaching staff enough that they are comfortable with him as their #2 and potential QB of the future. Max Hall is worth a stash in dynasty leagues as he does have a little known player named Larry Fitzgerald on his team. With that said we expect Derek Anderson to have some measure of success in Arizona as we blame his issues with the Browns post-2007 on Braylon Edwards hands and the lackluster remainder of the receiving corps. D.A is worth and add in deeper leagues while you would be well advised to stash Max Hall on your bench.
T.J Houshmandzadeh has been released by the Seattle Seahawks as was rumoured yesterday and a few teams have already shown interest. The Vikings are out of the picture as Brad Childress said the team is focusing on younger options.
The Rams have again decided against pursuing Vincent Jackson and you have to think that either the Chargers or Jackson or both are asking for too much. This ugly divorce should be completed soon as the rest of the NFL called the Chargers bluff and now they are destined to get even less compensation for Jackson than they would of if they traded him on Saturday.
