How high should you draft Kenny Britt?

Rizzla: Drafting Kenny Britt as a WR3 in the 30-40 range is grand larceny. Britt was a top-3 wide receiver before his injury last season and healthy he is a lock for top-15 numbers on the season if not top-7. He has a ton of talent and he should be raring to go once he comes back from his league imposed suspension.

Zach: Britt has done a lot to make me comfortable not drafting him in 2012.  It’s really too bad; he was one of the best fantasy options at receiver last season before suffering a season-ending torn ACL.  He has a lot of character issues that steer me away, not to mention the multiple game suspension coming his way after an offseason DUI.  There are plenty of safer receivers than Britt.

J-Has: Kenny Britt’s value should increase with Jake Locker as the starter, but with the well documented off-the-field issues, he is being drafted much later than his likely fantasy production. Keep in mind that he is still recovering from a knee injury, leaving some doubt that he will be ready for the season opener, assuming there is no suspension.  Considering the injury and potential suspension, I have him ranked as the 30th best WR.
