IDP Rankings – Week Eight
Mark Barron remains a top defensive back option despite the week to week inconsistency. Barron checks in as our number one overall DB option this week with the Panthers on the slate. Barron should have a chance to rack up the tackles in this one versus Newton, Williams, Smith and company.
Barry Church continues to impress and has been one of the most consistent defensive back options this year. Church is now a week to week must start and comes in at number two on our rankings this week with a date with the Lions on the schedule.
Chandler Jones comes in as our number two defensive line option this week after exploding for 8 solo’s, 3 assists, 2 sacks and a forced fumble. Keep Jones in lineups as he looks locked and loaded as the Pats face off against the Dolphins.
Osi Umeniyora is out top ranked defensive line play as the Falcons square off against the piss poor offensive line of the Arizona Cardinals. Palmer will be feeling Osi’s pressure all night and we expect him to see 4 plus tackles and at least two sacks on the night.
Sean Lee comes in as our number one ranked linebacker and overall IDP play. Now that he has gotten going his rank is unlikely to deviate much all season.
Kiko Alonso comes in as a top five option this week despite a slow week seven. Alonso has 70 tackles and 4 picks already this season and is in line to continue a monstrous rookie year.
