Jason Campbell to Raiders – This move likely signals the end of the JaMarcus era in Oakland, we have to presume they will ask him to take a pay cut, he will likely balk at the notion and will thereafter be released. He may also get a chance to compete for the starting job, but it was unlikely enough that he would beat Gradowski, never mind Jason Campbell, a seven step drop QB who is an ideal fit for the Raiders.
Heyward-Bey, Louis Murphy, Chaz Schilens and draftee Jacoby Ford all get a significant upgrade with a legit NFL QB at the helm in Campbell. The fact that the Raiders now have a threatening passing attack will open things up for the disappointing Darren McFadden and the hulking Michael Bush. Upgrade all Oakland Skill players, and obviously upgrade Campbell who would have been nothing more than a backup with Donovan McNabb in Washington.
