Paul George: Fantasy Basketball Rookie Impact
Paul George was a surprising pick for the Indiana Pacers on draft day as most expected them to go with a big man or a point guard, but the fact of the matter is swingmen had the most upside (besides Ed Davis) and they made the right choice.
Paul George is an excellent defensive swingman who can play both the 2 and the 3 and has some serious upside as he is a toolsy hustle board prospect who can chip in with steals, blocks and threes.
It is hard to project George’s possible stats this year as the Pacers are due for another trade or a buyout. Paul George has point forward skills and has 14, 5 and 5 upside though he will likely settle in at something closer to 13, 6 and 4.
