ADP Values

Win My Fantasy League writers Rizzla and J-Has give you their Shooting Guard ADP Values for the 2010-2011 fantasy basketball season:

76ers Celtics BasketballRizzla

Evan Turner will likely be handed the keys to the franchise in Philly and he has truly elite upside and should threaten 18, 5 and 5 this season. He has the talent to be a 25, 5 and 5 player in this league if he and Jrue Holiday stick together on the 76ers. I have him ranked as my #7 SG while Yahoo! has him as their 31st ranked SG, while fellow Win My Fantasy League writer J-Has has him ranked as his #13 SG.

Gilbert Arenas, despite his move to SG should not miss much of a beat with his move to off-guard. We can reasonably expect his 8 assists a game to slip to the 5-6 assist a game territory, but he should remain a 20 ppg scorer who knocks down 2+ 3’s a game and chips in 2+ steals a game. His %’s should also increase from playing beside ROY favorite John Wall. I have him ranked as my #6 rated SG while Yahoo! has him stuck down at #14 and at #60 overall.

J-Has

A couple of years ago, Caron Butler was a second round pick as he played the lead role in the Wizard’s offense, providing points, assists, steals, and threes.  His move to Dallas last year reduced his fantasy value as he was brought in for defensive purposes.  This year, there has been talks to run more plays for Butler, taking the pressure off Dirk Nowitzki.  Leading up to training camp, the former UConn Husky has been working with renowned trainer Tim Grover and Butler is reportedly in prime condition.  There have also been some rumors of bringing Butler off the bench, keeping his ranking low (Yahoo ranks him at 75).  But even if he produces the similar numbers to last year (as opposed to his fantasy beast years in Washington), he provides solid value in the 6th round of 12 team leagues, with 16.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2 assists, 1.6 steals, and 0.6 threes.
