Rizzla presents his Waiver Wire Rankings for Week 5 of the 2019 fantasy football season.

Running backs

Still available in 57 percent of Yahoo leagues, Ronald Jones paced the Buccaneers backfield backfield in rushing yards once again with 70 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries. He is the most talented back on Tampa Bay’s roster and should be owned in all competitive leagues. 99 percent available Ryquell Armstead should be rostered in deeper leagues. He saw nine touches in Week 4 and has RB2 upside if Leonard Fournette misses any time. 70 percent available Jaylen Samuels played a large role for the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night and should be one of the top waiver targets of the week.

Wide receivers

Left for dead after two straight duds, Week 1 hot pickup A.J. Brown was back to flashing his immense upside in Week 4. He hauled in all three of his targets for 94 yards and two touchdowns. Teammate and Titans number one receiver Corey Davis made it to the waiver wire in 53 percent of Yahoo leagues. He is well worth an end of the bench stash as a bye week filler, even if he cannot be the every week starter those who drafted him hoped he would finally become. 92 percent available Davante Parker seems to have more stable fantasy value with Josh Rosen under center. He is the clear number two to Preston Williams, but has seen a boost to his weekly fantasy floor. He should be rostered in deeper leagues. Still available in 99 percent of Yahoo, Preston Williams once again led the Dolphins in targets. Josh Rosen and Williams wik98 percent Myles Boykin finally made some noise by hauling in all three of his targets for 32 yards and a score. Mohamed Sanu had a clock winding 12 target, nine reception, 91 receiving yard performance in Week 4. With Austin Hooper now playing second fiddle to Julio Jones, both Sanu and Calvin Ridley project to be hit or miss plays. Available in percent of leagues, Sanu is still a valuable bye week filler. Somehow still available in 94 percent of Yahoo leagues, Diontae Johnson once again proved that he is the Pittsburgh Steelers new number two receiver. Johnson led all Steelers receivers with six targets, six receptions and 78 receiving yards.
