Week Twelve WR Rankings
Calvin Johnson comes in this week ranked number one yet again. There are other receivers who have more points thus far in the fantasy season but Megatron is one of a kind and has picked up his game in recent weeks. Johnson has a tough matchup against a Houston team that will roll double coverage his way for most of the game but with 111 yards per game we expect Megatron to hit the century mark once again.
A.J Green continues to dazzle and his touchdown streak has now reached epic level tying him with perhaps the greatest of all time in Jerry Rice. Imagine Green had a good QB…gulp. A.J Green will continue to lead his fantasy owners during the stretch run and will likely end the season where he is now, as fantasy football’s number one receiver.
Eric Decker continues to impress and the scary part is that he and Peyton Manning are not truly on the same page yet on the football field despite already posting a career high in receiving yards and matching his career high in touchdowns. I have Decker as a top-15 option this week.
Randall Cobb. What can we say about Randall Cobb? He was supposed to be Percy Harvin lite but he has outplayed him in every facet of the game despite not being his teams number one. Cobb has more rushing yards, touchdowns and return yards than the brilliant Harvin and it is time we start giving Cobb his props; he has entered the upper echelon of fantasy receivers, and he is there to stay.
