Week 3 QB Rankings
Cam Newton tops our list this week after he set a career high in rushing yards last week. Superman (SuperCam) looks near impossible to stop when he decides to run it in the red zone and with the emergence of Brandon LaFell, owners can now be confident that Newton has two legit receivers to throw to.
I have RGIII ranked high following week two’s matchup with the Rams in which RGIII found the end zone twice with his feet and once through the air. Dual threat quarterbacks rack up the fantasy points and RGIII is getting about 10 carries a game.
Peyton Manning is ranked as a QB2 after Atlanta’s banged up secondary gave him fits in the 1st quarter of Monday Night Football, the Texans secondary is even better. Look for other options in single QB leagues.
Aaron Rodgers is ranked at number four overall as he faces a very tough Seahawks secondary and also due to the fact that the Packers are destined to run the ball more than Rodgers owners would like.
