Will Darren McFadden or Michael Vick make it through 16 games?
Rizzla: Betting on either of these superstars to make it through an entire 16 games seems foolhardy to say the very least. They both present major injury risks but also have the talent to finish as the top option at their position as well as overall in fantasy. I would draft either making sure I had the depth to cover the missed game or two.
Zach: Vick has played in all 16 games only once in his entire career, so I’m definitely saying Vick will not play a full season, especially with the injuries he’s accrued this preseason and his past injuries. The most games Run DMC has played in in one season is 13. So, again, I’m saying no. These guys are two of the biggest fantasy studs when healthy, but neither of them will play an entire season in 2012.
J-Has: Neither. Michael Vick already injured his ribs in the preseason and he will likely continue to run like a running back instead of slide like a Quarterback. This mentality will continue to result in crushing hits from Linebackers and Strong Safeties. With Michael Bush out of Oakland, Darren McFadden will be forced to carry a larger share of carries, further heightening the risk of injury.
