WR Rankings – Week Five
Demaryius Thomas continues to be a steady force despite the presence of Wes Welker as Peyton Manning knows how to spread the wealth. Demaryius remains a top five fantasy option going forward.
Josh Gordon seems primed for a big week against the decimated Bills secondary on Thursday Night and we have him pegged as a top-15 option this week.
Justin Blackmon returns from suspension opening at number 28 on our rankings, making him a borderline WR2. He will be inconsistent due to QB play but is a top-15 to top-20 WR talent at the position.
Victor Cruz is a really tough cover in the slot and he he has worked his way up to number eight in our rankings while Hakeem Nicks has fallen to WR2 territory.
Despite a horrible matchup against Joe Haden the Bills Stevie Johnson comes in as a WR3 this week. We have and still like Robert Woods better as an number one receiver and it seems the stats will soon reflect that even if opposing coverages will be slow to catch up.
Keenan Allen is currently ranked as a flex2 option but is the only receiver on this team with true number one ability so he may soon find himself in WR3 territory if he can string together some strong games.
It seems quarterback play is finally catching up to A.J Green.
Jeremy Kerley comes in as a WR4 with Santonio Holmes and Stephen Hill both expected to miss Monday Night’s game.
Without further adieu here are our live and constantly updated Week Five rankings:
