TE Rankings – Week Five

Jimmy Graham remains the elite fantasy tight end and he shows no signs of slowing down at all. Graham will be ranked as the number one tight end every week he plays this season.

Jordan Cameron has ascended to top three tight end status, a ranking that will be number two for as long as Rob Gronkowski is out. We have Cameron at three this week as we expect Gronk back, but as has been the case so far this year Gronk is questionable and Cameron slides into the number two spot when Gronk’s status becomes official.

Julius Thomas remains a top five option at tight end despite not finding the end zone in week four. He hauled in all four of his targets but with the game out of hand early human victory cigar Brock Osweiler got the call to close out the game.

Antonio Gates looks to be in vintage form after an outstanding week four where he hauled in all ten of his targets for 136 yards and a touchdown. Gates is a borderline top five option as he comes in ranked at number six at the time of this writing.

Charles Clay continues to impress for the Dolphins and remains a solid TE2 or flex2 play in deeper leagues. Continue to start him during the bye weeks.
