Expect a reduction in Brandon Roy’s minutes due to some “nagging” injuries. Roy has been averaging 39 minutes per game this season, but his scoring, assists, and rebound numbers are down. He showed a lot of toughness during last year’s playoffs playing 8 days after undergoing knee surgery. Roy needs to be on the floor in order for the Trail Blazers to win, so I expect that the Portland guard will either take some games off or continue to play over 30 minutes a game. He is flying to Los Angeles to get his left knee examined, so stay tuned for an update.

Andre Iguodala will be sitting out Sunday’s game versus the Knicks after leaving Friday’s game with a strained Achilles’ tendon. Still waiting for the MRI results. Any time missed, would give rookie Evan Turner more opportunity for touches and production. Check out who else may miss some time here.
