Lendale White and Leon Washington to Seahawks

These were two excellent pickups for the Seattle Seahawks as they get their own version of “Dash and Smash” in the versatile Leon Washington and former TD machine Lendale White. White reunites with former USC Trojan coach Pete Carroll and should immediately take over the featured back role with Julius Jones looking like he is on his way out. Washington is coming off of injury and will be eased back into the mix, but once healthy we expect a 60-40 split between the two. With a suddenly threatening rushing attack perhaps Houzhmanzadeh, Branch and new pickup Golden Tate can reinvigorate the Seahawks passing game.
