QB Rankings – Week Ten

RGIII has struggled so far this season as he has already threw almost twice as many interceptions as he threw during his entire rookie season. His yards per game are way up from 213.3 to 271.1 but his yards per attempt is down from 8.1 to 7.2. With that said the Redskins square off against one of the weakest secondaries in the league in the Vikings and he should finally have the type of strong fantasy day his owners were hoping for. RGIII comes in as out 6th ranked QB for week ten.

Nick Foles squares off against the Packers this week and while he will not have the tremendous success he had against the Raiders pathetic defense, he should vie for QB1 numbers against the Packers. Obviously this is not going to be the shootout we all thought it would be now that Rodgers is slated to miss the game, but the Eagles offense will not change and Foles should get more than a handful of plays where he gets to take a shot downfield to either Desean Jackson or Riley Cooper. The Packers have given up 250.5 yards and 1.75 touchdowns per game so far this season and Foles should vie for at least 275 yards and 2 touchdowns this week in a plus match-up. Foles comes in as our 9th ranked QB for week ten of the fantasy football season.

Tony Romo has disappointed in most of his starts after his 500 yard performance earlier this year but this should be the week he is finally able to put up another gem versus the New Orleans Saints. This Sunday Nighter should be a shootout and Romo should find a way to throw for more than 300 yards and 2 touchdowns with the potential for more. Romo has struggled to put up more than 300 yards in all but three games this season and it seems the answer is hooking up deep with Terrance Williams or Dez Bryant, something we should see once or twice this Sunday.

Jake Locker has slowly turned himself into a fantasy option this year and he comes in as our 13th ranked QB this week as the Titans square off against the lowly Jaguars. The Titans have proven that they are serious about being a ground and pound team with Shonn Greene healthy once again which means the game probably needs to be tight in order for Locker to have the requisite number of pass attempts to have a strong fantasy day, something that may not happen against the Jaguars.
